Shipping policy

We only send packages in the Mexican Republic. All our shipments are by Estafeta, FedEx, Segmail and DHL. You must check that your address is within the parcel coverage, otherwise it is necessary to contact us to change parcels.

To guarantee theTimeDelivery of your order agreed on the payment screen is required to comply with the conditions set below:

NATIONAL SHIPPING (2 TO 6 HABILE DAYS)

Wait 48 working hours for your order to be packed. Orders are packed and shipped only Monday through Friday. Orders placed from Saturday to Sunday will be packed and shipped within the next 48 business hours. Time in transit regularly is 2-6 working days (not considered Saturday and Sunday or public holidays). We will notify you when it has been packed via email.

Packaging and shipping times may be affected by:

  • Promotion times or high demand such as Black Friday, Hot Sale, Good End and Christmas season due to high sales volume.

If the address is not found by the parcel and the order is returned to the branch, it will be sent again to the parcel office closest to the recipient. The shipping costs will be borne by the customer since it is their responsibility to verify coverage, correctly specify their address and monitor the shipment in their tracking key. Prior shipping charges will not be refundable.

If the customer does not enter the required data on the payment screen (street, house number and neighborhood) Alejandra Nail Shop does not guarantee delivery and there will be no refund or replacement. It is recommended that if the customer does not have the required data, request shipment, that is, shipment to an office of the selected parcel near his home.

It is not possible to make changes to the address of the order when payment is made by card or PayPal. This as protection against possible countercharges.
